The Nineveh Heritage and Antiquities Inspectorate has begun rehabilitation work on the ancient Nineveh Wall, located on the left side of Mosul .
The rehabilitation operations come as part of the efforts to rehabilitate archaeological sites in Nineveh, while the governorate looks forward to completing the rest of the archaeological sites and protecting them from collapse, most notably the ancient castle of Bashtabiya .
