Nineveh Council member Mahmoud Al-Khalaf revealed that the problem of heads of administrative units in the province is close to being resolved .
Al-Khalaf said that negotiations on this issue have reached 95 % , while he announced that the council will soon change some department directors in the governorate, indicating that the council is monitoring the work of those departments in order to change the directors who show negative indicators in the next stage .
