Nineveh Provincial Council member Ahmed Al-Abd Rabbah ruled out the possibility of dissolving Nineveh Provincial Council .
He stressed that the House of Representatives is the one who has the decision to dissolve the Council, while he explained that if the Parliament votes to dissolve the Council, the Nineveh Council has no choice but to accept what the Parliament votes on according to the legal contexts.
