Nineveh Provincial Council member Mohammed Haris stressed the necessity of the return of the displaced people of Sinjar district before the start of the population census work next November .
Council member Mohammed Haris said that the situation in Sinjar district is witnessing security stability and movement in terms of services and implementation of projects, which pushes towards the necessity of returning the displaced to their areas .
He pointed out that the return of the displaced at this time is of great importance, especially before the start of the census process, which will establish the number of residents and housing units and thus determine the need of the regions and cities for projects by the central government .
