The head of the Nineveh Future Bloc in the Nineveh Provincial Council, Mohammed Haris, revealed the council’s intention to make changes in the management of many government institutions in the province .
Harees said that the council is determined to change many directors, especially those who have negative indicators, or who have been in office for a long time, or who will be retired due to the legal age .
He explained that quotas will be present in making changes and replacing managers, given that political and partisan quotas are the basis on which positions are distributed in Iraq.
