The Governor of Nineveh confirmed that the completion rate of the Umm Al-Rabi’een Emergency Hospital on the right side of Mosul has reached 95 %.
Al Dakhil pointed out that this hospital is about to open, and that it comes within the reconstruction works of the Al Shifa Medical Complex on the right side, which previously included more than two thousand beds. While he pointed out that work will start soon on the Ibn Sina Hospital project, he confirmed that the completion rate of the Oncology and Cancer Hospital has reached 92 percent.
For his part, Nineveh Health Director Dilshad Ali Abdullah announced that work on the Oncology and Cancer Hospital project is proceeding well and at an accelerated pace, stressing that the project is scheduled to be completed next April, while he pointed out that the hospital contains 3 linear accelerators from the latest international manufacturers.
