Nineveh Water Director Mu’ayyad Sadiq announced the completion of work on the Wana District Water Project, which supplies many villages that were suffering from water scarcity .
Sadiq said that the project has been completed and is operating temporarily, and it is hoped that it will be fully operational soon to end the water problem in the villages of Wana district.
Wana district and the surrounding areas and villages have been suffering from a shortage of drinking water for years.
