The Parliamentary Health Committee confirmed that the local government in Nineveh is the first in Iraq to support health sector projects .
The head of the parliamentary committee, Majid Shankali, said that the local government in Nineveh allocated more than 500 billion dinars from its budget, especially food security, to implement health sector projects .
He pointed out that among these projects is the establishment of Ibn Sina Hospital in Mosul and Sinjar Hospital .
