The representative of Nineveh Governorate, Mohammed Nouri Al-Abd Rabbah, revealed that the position of Chairman of the Nineveh Investment Commission will soon be decided, through consultation with the political blocs in the provincial council .
The servant said to his Lord “Resolving this issue is very important to support the reconstruction process and enhance investment in the governorate, and this step will be taken soon through consultation with the political blocs in the governorate council .”
He added, “Nineveh looks forward to implementing more strategic and important projects in the next phase, through which the real role of reconstruction in the province will emerge .”
It is noteworthy that the member of the Nineveh Provincial Council, Muhammad Haris, previously confirmed the existence of political pressures that led to the withdrawal of the head of the Investment Authority, while he warned of negative repercussions on the province as a result of not resolving this position .
