Activists from Mosul criticized the delay in starting the reconstruction of the Mosul and Nineveh Oberoi hotels .
Mosul activist Mohammed Ghasoub said that Nineveh won the lawsuit regarding the Nineveh Oberoi Hotel, and that the Mosul Hotel was referred for implementation more than a year ago, but construction has not yet actually begun, while he ruled out that the reconstruction of the two hotels would begin soon .
