The Meteorological Authority expected the continuation of the low pressure and the drop in temperatures in the city of Mosul until next Friday.

Mosul Meteorology Department official Anmar Qasid said that the minimum temperature in Mosul was one degree below zero.

The drop in temperatures coincides with an increase in the hours of national electricity outages, as Mosul recorded outages exceeding 14 hours per day during the past two days.
