A security source in Nineveh revealed today, Tuesday, that the fire that broke out in a warehouse in a hospital in Mosul is “believed” to have been caused by an “initiated act.” The source reported that “Nineveh Police opened an investigation into a fire incident that broke out in Al Salam Hospital southeast of Mosul,” noting that preliminary investigations showed that the incident “is believed” to have been planned by an active agent, according to what was shown by surveillance cameras, “noting that investigations are continuing to find out the motives.” The Civil Defense in Nineveh announced that it had controlled a fire that broke out at dawn today in a used filters store at Al Salam Hospital in the city of Mosul, without causing any injuries, in addition to evacuating 37 patients from inside the halls.
