The Deputy Governor of Nineveh, Sirwan Rozbiani, announced that he had obtained Baghdad’s approval to establish a hospital in Makhmur district .
Al-Ruzbiyani said that approval had been given to establish a 100-bed hospital in Makhmour as part of the local government’s efforts to develop the health situation throughout the governorate and within its efforts to restore life to the districts and areas that were destroyed during military operations.
Since its liberation from ISIS terrorist gangs, Nineveh Governorate has suffered a major deterioration in the health sector after the fierce battles with ethnic forces led to the destruction of a large number of hospitals and health centers throughout Nineveh Governorate.
