A letter issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research revealed the termination of the assignment of the President of the University of Mosul, Qusay Al-Ahmadi, and the assignment of his assistant for administrative affairs, Wahid Rammo, to the position.
The letter stated that “it was decided to terminate Qusay Al-Ahmadi’s assignment from the position of President of the University of Mosul and return him to the teaching staff at the university.”
The book added: “It was decided to end the assignment of Wahid Mahmoud Rammo from the position of Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs and assign him to the position of President of the University, succeeding Al-Ahmadi.”
