The Popular Mobilization Forces announced the closure of a fake office impersonating the PMF on the left side of the city of Mosul .
The authority said in a statement, “Detachments of the Security Directorate of the Popular Mobilization Forces in Nineveh Governorate were able to close a fake office impersonating the Mobilization Forces on the left side of the city of Mosul,” indicating, “This came during a qualitative security operation .”
She added, “Two defendants were arrested and were in possession of weapons, in addition to the seizure of two vehicles,” noting that “the necessary due process measures have been taken against the detainees and the seized items.”
