Yesterday , Friday, the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Hoshyar Zebari , considered that the threats launched by Israel against Iraq were expected, given the positions of Iraqi political parties and factions regarding the ongoing war in the region .

Zebari said that expectations are not positive for what is happening in the world in general, stressing that the war that broke out on October 7 poses a threat to countries, and that it will expand and go beyond the Gaza Strip, stressing that there are efforts to keep Iraq away from the tensions occurring in the region .
Zebari touched on the economic situation in Iraq, saying that the country depends on a single economic resource, which is oil, the prices of which have fallen and we cannot control them .
He also mentioned that some specialists in Iraq believe that if we continue in this manner, we will not succeed in securing salaries due to the large spending in the public sector .
Al-Zibari added that Al-Sudani’s government is making efforts to implement reforms, but this requires actions, not words.
