The Meteorology Authority announced details of the weather conditions in the country for the coming days, while it expected hot weather and temperatures reaching 50 degrees Celsius in four governorates .
A statement by the authority stated “The weather for today, Monday, will be fair and hot, and the temperatures will be similar to the previous day,” noting that “the maximum temperatures will be in Baghdad, Karbala, and Babylon 48, Dohuk and Sulaymaniyah 40, Nineveh 44, Kirkuk 45, Erbil 43, Salah al-Din and Anbar 46, Diyala 47, Najaf, Diwaniyah, and Wasit 49.” Basra, Dhi Qar, Al-Muthanna, and Maysan 50. ”
He added, “On Tuesday, the weather will be clear and hot with some clouds in the northern region, and temperatures in general will be similar to the previous day .”
He pointed out that “next Wednesday, the weather will be clear and hot, and temperatures will rise slightly in the northern region, and close in the central and southern regions .”
He explained, “The weather forecast for the country for next Thursday is that the weather will be clear and hot, and the temperatures will be similar to the previous day in all regions of the country.”
