Iraqi armed factions announced targeting a vital target in the Golan, while the Israeli army issued a statement regarding the attack .
The “Islamic Resistance in Iraq” said in a statement that its fighters attacked a vital target in the “occupied Golan Heights” at dawn on Sunday , using drones, stressing that “operations will continue at an escalating pace .”
For its part, the Israeli army issued a statement this morning saying: “After hearing sirens between 4:21 and 4:22 (in the morning) in the Marom area of the Golan, a suspicious aerial target infiltrated from the east into Israeli territory and fell in an open area. There were no injuries.”
