Political activist in Mosul, Munhal Al-Ghariri, ruled out the ability of the provincial council to dismiss Nineveh Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil .
He made this matter dependent on the agreements reached in Baghdad, pointing out that matters in Nineveh are managed by the agreements reached in Baghdad, indicating that the provincial council does not have the ability to dismiss the governor because such a matter is limited to the major agreements in the capital, Baghdad.
