Nineveh Provincial Council revealed corruption in the Nineveh Health Department, which resulted in the failure to deliver financial dues to two-thirds of the department’s employees for the year 2017.
Council member Mohammed Haris said that two-thirds of health employees in Nineveh were subjected to injustice in the file of saved salaries, allowances and other financial dues in 2017.
He pointed out that there is corruption in the distribution of salaries, which has led to employees being deprived of their financial dues, calling on the current health administration to open an investigation into this file and work to do justice to the employees and return the financial amounts to them.
