Nineveh Provincial Council member Marwan Al-Taie accused political parties of interfering in the work of the council and the decisions it makes, which are stipulated by law .
Al-Taie said in a statement to the Mosul Talk program broadcast by Mosul Time Radio that some political forces objected to the council’s decisions regarding the heads of administrative units, and that this constitutes interference in the work of the Nineveh Council, as stipulated by law .
He pointed out that the Future Nineveh Bloc did not obstruct the work of the Council, but rather the forces that boycotted were the ones that obstructed the service, oversight and legislative work of the Council.
